The Orient Express was a luxury train running from Paris to Constantinople for over 80 years. As the creation of Belgian businessman Georges Nagelmackers in 1883, the train was decorated with Oriental rugs, velvet draperies, and mahogany paneling. The original train retired in 1977, but an exhibit has been installed at the Railway Museum in the Netherlands in order to share its rich history with all.
