The impact of COVID-19 brought our timeline forward and we were able to launch our virtual showroom in early May, which allowed our customers to tour and shop our Flagship Showrooms, from the comfort of their homes.”
Winning Appliances used a Matterport Pro 2 camera to capture three of its Flagship showrooms, taking between three to four weeks to scan, produce and launch. Within a few months, the company has received close to 20,000 visits to its virtual showroom.
“The virtual showroom complements our in-store multi-sensory shopping experience, providing inspiration for customers to create their dream kitchen and laundry and allowing them to see what appliances look like in a home setting,” continued Winnings. “Customers can view and purchase the world’s leading appliance brands through hundreds of tagged products.”
Mattertags embedded in the company’s virtual showrooms include a highlight reel by brand for easy navigation, product and appliance technology videos to demonstrate the technology and functions, and recipe videos to provide customers with inspiration to cook for family and friends.
