LONDON – Matterport, the market leader for spatial data capture, has announced that TUI UK, the United Kingdom’s number one holiday provider, is offering immersive and transparent booking experiences with digital twins of nine of its TUI SENSATORI hotels. TUI will later create Matterport digital twins across its wider portfolio.
The 3D models were captured with a Matterport Pro2 camera over a six-week period. With more than 240 spaces captured, the digital twins are fully comprehensive, providing data and visual representation across the nine hotels.
TUI has embraced Matterport technology to create more accurate, innovative and interactive content on its website and provide an unparalleled level of transparency to its customers. In addition to enhancing the digital experience, Matterport digital twins will be used internally and externally for reporting, documentation and facilities management.
