How to Order TruePlan
Matterport TruePlan simplifies the process of obtaining 3D sketches from your model by integrating seamlessly with Xactimate technology. Here's how it works:
Capture the Space: First, use a supported Matterport camera [Pro2, Pro3, Leica, 360] to create a digital twin - a photorealistic, immersive, 3d model of the property. You need a Pro Plan or higher to use TruePlan.
Order 3D Sketches: You can order TruePlans directly from your Matterport Model. Simply go to Add-Ons, select TruePlan, and you’ll get an estimate based on the square footage of your property.
Receive Sketches : Within 48 hours, Trueplan delivers accurate and detailed 3D sketches of your model, ready to be uploaded to Xactimate.
Estimate Repair Costs: Import the 3D sketches into Xactimate software to generate precise and reliable estimates of the repair costs involved in the project.
