On May 21th, we will begin rolling out a new asset ordering platform designed to make it easier to schedule and book VHT Studios services.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
On-Demand/Instant Scheduling
Say goodbye to the back-and-forth of offline scheduling. With our new system, you can choose the perfect date and time for both you and your client. Whether you're in the midst of a listing presentation or finalizing details with a client, you can schedule instantly with ease.
Preferred Photographer Selection
We understand the importance of finding the right photographer for each listing. That's why we've made it easier than ever to browse through photographers' calendar availability and pick your preferred photographer for each order. With just a few clicks, you can make your selection hassle-free, ensuring that every listing receives the attention it deserves.
How it Works:
Using VHT's new ordering system is simple and intuitive. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Start with the familiar VHT Order form: Simply input the zip code of the property you wish to have professionally photographed. If the property is in an eligible zip code, you'll be seamlessly directed to the new system.
Enter Your Information: Enter your email, company name, and address. If you're a returning user, your stored information will automatically populate, saving you time and effort.
Select Services: Enter the property location and choose the services you need. Our system will then display available photographers that meet your specific requirements.
Book Instantly: Once you've selected your preferred photographer and appointment time, simply enter your payment info if it’s not already there and confirm your booking. It's that easy!
Service Availability:
All VHT photography services, Matterport 3D tours and Digital Pro, floorplan services, as well as drone footage and video services that are currently available for order on VHT Studios, will be accessible on the new on-demand platform.
Minnesota Pilot Launch:
We're excited to announce that our enhanced ordering system will be first launched in Minnesota. Users in this market will have the opportunity to test the platform and provide valuable feedback on their experience. This feedback will be instrumental in optimizing the ordering process, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users.
Future Expansion:
