Making the art of 333Anywhere truly available anywhere

With a keen vision to bring Thai contemporary art to the world, 333Anywhere has used Matterport 3D rendering to digitally duplicate its gallery.

At the heart of 333Anywhere’s ultra-modern P.1 warehouse gallery is the idea that art is for everyone. Whether that means bringing Thai art to international attention or introducing the art lovers of Thailand to new perspectives from around the world, CEO Land K. wanted to make the gallery’s regularly changing exhibitions available to patrons and devotees of the art world on a global scale. We reached out to find out more about how the Matterport 3D rendering process has allowed this niche Bangkok gallery to easily share its exhibitions with the world.

What inspired the 3D capture of this space?

We wanted to introduce and create awareness of Thai art, Thai artists, and Southeast Asian art, bringing them to an international audience.

What are the “must-sees” you want visitors to explore and why?

We want visitors to see all of our virtual exhibitions because each virtual exhibition has its own uniqueness.

What’s the one thing you want visitors to take away after exploring your 3D tour?

A good immersive experience with any of our art virtual exhibitions that lets them feel as though they have really been to our gallery.

What are the benefits of Matterport digital twins?

The quality of the image from Matterport is great. All the functions are incredibly easy to use.

Do you have any plans to capture more 3D experiences?

We capture 3D every month because our physical gallery rotates exhibitions monthly.

Anything else you would like to add?

We would love to see Matterport add an interactive talking function, so people can see each other in the Matterport augmented space.
