Plan a glamorous event in London that’s fit for Royals

Virtually experience the grandeur of the exclusive Banking Hall venue through a virtual 3D digital twin

From the balcony in the 3D digital twin of Banking Hall in London, online visitors can examine the chandeliers and array of tables they may one day see and sit at in person. Future guests can walk down the grand staircase, thread between the tables, and use the Mattertags on various tables to get a better sense of the range of possibilities this space offers.

Camm & Hooper, experts in event spaces, wanted to make this unique and fabulous environment available to all visitors, no matter their location. That’s why they reached out to Scene3D. From the Counting Room on the second floor to the dramatic Grand Hall, guests will be understandably impressed as they virtually navigate the event space.

“Camm & Hooper specialize in turning unused buildings across London into unique event spaces. Banking Hall is one of their premier venues, having hosted events featuring members of the royal family and other celebrity guests,” Alexander Eason, the commercial director of Scene3D LTD. “Take a moment to examine the main hall of Banking Hall; it’s a grand and historic space.”

Armed with Matterport Pro2 and BLK360 cameras, Scene3D captured everything this venue had to offer. From the enormous ceilings to the marble bathroom sinks, visitors can plan their dinner, wedding, or retreat from wherever they happen to be.

“The team at Camm & Hooper wanted to showcase the space to potential clients in a user-friendly and COVID-safe way, so they partnered with Scene3D to produce a Matterport digital twin of Banking Hall which also helps with virtual event planning thanks to the measurement tool, as well as Dollhouse and Floor Plan views,” continued Eason. “Being able to explore the space and plan the event remotely is an enormous benefit for clients. We have captured three of Camm & Hoopers' venues with plans to capture more as they open.”
