How much storage space do I need on my device to use Pro2?

Pro2's high-quality, print-ready 4K photography that the Pro2 Camera takes requires storage space on your device or tablet. You will get the best performance out of a device with 2GB or more of RAM, especially when scanning large spaces. Review our recommendations for iOSデバイス and Androidデバイス.

Can I use Pro2 to take scans in sunlight?

Pro2 uses infrared to gather depth data, which doesn't perform well in direct sunlight. Even on cloudy days, sunlight has a substantial amount of infrared light that can interfere with the way the Pro2 camera senses depth. Scanning in or new sunlight can cause alignment issues and holes in the dollhouse and floor plan views.

What is covered under the Pro2 warranty?

Your warranty covers the Pro2 camera itself. All other items, such as the tripod that comes with Pro2 kits, are not covered. The warranty is a one year limited warranty (2 years in the European Union). The warranty is void if the camera is dropped or damaged due to user negligence.
