Matterport for Insurance: DUX Workflow Overview

In this video, I walk through a high-level overview of the DUX workflow, showing how to connect Matterport models with Xactimate to automatically generate a scope of loss. I explain the key setup steps, from configuring your Matterport property layout to mapping rooms and syncing models, allowing DUX to automatically and as accuratly as possible create the scope of loss. I also demonstrate how DUX’s automation can save significant time by creating line items, measurements, and photos, leaving you to simply review and finalize the estimate.
