Matterport’s Terms of Use and End User License Agreement govern your use of Matterport’s websites and the Matterport App.
The following terms may apply specifically to the referenced Services and Hardware if you purchase them online or via an offline Order.
Services and Hardware
Platform Services, API/SDK Services, Add-Ons, AI Features, Capture Services and Hardware are governed by the Matterport Services Agreement.
When you test new features that are not generally available, those features are governed by Matterport’s Beta Services Terms.
Third-Party Integrations and Services
Integrated Additional Functionality (AF) Services are governed by Matterport’s Integration Terms.
Services purchased directly through the AWS Marketplace are governed by Matterport’s AWS Marketplace Addendum.
Matterport for Government
The Matterport for Government Capture App is governed by Matterport’s Government App End User License Agreement.
Government entity customers or commercial customers purchasing Services and Hardware through the Matterport for Government Platform are governed by Matterport’s Government Addendum.
