The following legal terms and agreements govern our customers’ use of Matterport’s products, services and websites. Please visit our Trust Center to learn more about Matterport’s security and data privacy programs, and to view our compliance documentation.
The following terms may apply specifically to the referenced services if you purchase them online or via an offline Order.
Additional Services and Functionality
Capture Services are governed by Matterport’s Capture Services Terms
SDK and API services are governed by our SDK and API Terms incorporated as Schedule 1 to our Platform Subscription Agreement.
Professional Services are governed by our Professional Service Terms incorporated as Schedule 2 to our Platform Subscription Agreement.
AI Features are governed by our AI Features Terms incorporated as a Schedule to our Platform Subscription Agreement.
When you test new features that are not generally available, those features are governed by our Beta Services Terms.
Third-Party Integrations and Services
Integrated Additional Functionality (AF) Services are governed by Matterport’s Integration Terms.
Services purchased directly through the AWS Marketplace are governed by Matterport’s AWS Marketplace Addendum.
Enterprise and Matterport for Government
Enterprise customers may be governed by Matterport’s Enterprise Addendum to our Platform Subscription Agreement, if applicable, pursuant to an Order.
Government entity customers purchasing Platform Subscription Services may be governed by Matterport’s Government Addendum, if applicable, pursuant to an Order.
Matterport for Government Capture App is governed by Matterport’s Government App End User License Agreement
Enterprise customers purchasing Capture Services may be governed by Matterport’s Capture Services Terms, if applicable, pursuant to an Order.
