How to Enter the Prize Giveaway

No contribution or purchase is necessary to enter Sponsor’s Prize Draw giveaway (“Giveaway”). Enter during the entry period posted on the email or web entry page (“Entry Page”). Entries after this time will not be valid. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified from the drawing and Giveaway. Entries with incomplete information will also be disqualified.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of any one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. These terms and conditions and the Giveaway are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GIVEAWAY IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Limitations

The following persons are not eligible: employees of Sponsor, their immediate family, or persons living in the same household, or any agent or third party directly associated with administration of the Giveaway.

Notification

Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period, unless otherwise specified on the Entry Page. All decisions are final and binding in matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email or mail promptly following the drawing date but no later than five (5) business days. If a winner does not respond to the Sponsor within five (5) business days of being notified by the Sponsor, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.

Prizes

Description and retail value of the prize(s) is posted on the Entry Page (“Prize”). Sponsor is not affiliated with the Prize vendor and makes no warranties with regard to the Prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. No substitutions of Prize allowed by winner(s). Vendor gift certificate Prizes are subject to vendor’s gift certificate rules and policies. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control make it necessary to do so. Prizes are not redeemable by winner for cash value. Prize will be delivered by method selected by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for any and all costs associated with using the Prize.

Conditions and Release

By participating in this Giveaway, all participants and winner(s) grant Sponsor exclusive permission to use their names and likenesses in connection with promotion of this Giveaway, and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. Personal data supplied during the course of this Giveaway will only be processed as set out in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Further, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Sponsor, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense which may occur from the conduct of, preparation for, travel to, or participation in, the Giveaway, or from the use or misuse of any Prize or participation of any related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if Giveaway cannot take place or if any Prize cannot be awarded/delivered due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, or weather. All taxes, fees and surcharges on Prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

Other Rules

By participating in the Giveaway upon entry, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury to entrant's computer related to participation in the Giveaway. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by using unfair or fraudulent means. Sponsor will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the Giveaway or these Official Rules. All decisions will be made by Sponsor and are final.
